E3 is an initiative by industry and academic veterans who believe that an industry academia collaboration is critical to build and develop the next generation talent. 

Its acts as a collaboration tool to help bring students closer to industry expectations by providing them with a structured program involving extensive face time in terms of industry skills learning and aptitude assessment.
