ELADO presents CoachingOurselves as the tool for our Community of Practice.
CoachingOurselves is a concept for the natural management development in a team meeting setting, based on the work of Henry Mintzberg and other management gurus and used by thousands of managers in organizations around the world.
In CoachingOurselves, a selected team of Managers gets together every couple of weeks for 90-minutes, using one of our topics to guide and stimulate discussion and reflection around their current challenges, experiences, and areas of interest. There are no facilitators in CoachingOurselves, no trainers or formal coaches, just engaged managers helping each other learn from their own practical experience and pursuing the consequences for change in their organization.
